Terms of Service — SparkClean

These terms govern your use of the SparkClean app and service, operated by Sandeep Prasad ("SparkClean", "we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

SparkClean provides scheduled, waterless doorstep car-washing within participating residential societies. Service availability depends on your society and parking access.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and a valid phone number.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions, payments and renewals

• Plans are billed in advance through our payment partner (Razorpay).
• Subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in the app; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in the app in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change with notice.

Refunds

• If a scheduled wash is missed due to our fault, we will reschedule it or credit the wash. Refund requests can be sent to sandeepniftian2002@gmail.com.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the registered parking spot at the scheduled time.
• SparkClean is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage. Report any concern with the wash within 24 hours, with the in-app photos.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

Changes and termination

• We may update these terms or suspend the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction.
