Privacy Policy — SparkClean

SparkClean ("we", "us") provides a doorstep car-wash service for residential societies. This policy explains what we collect and why. By using the SparkClean app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect
- Phone number — to create your account and verify it via OTP.
- Name and address (flat number, tower) — to deliver the service.
- Vehicle details (make, model, number plate, colour, parking spot) — to identify and service your vehicle.
- Wash photos — before/after photos of your vehicle, captured by our service partner as proof of service.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive a payment confirmation and reference id; we do not store your full card or bank details.
- Location — only in the worker (staff) app, to show service progress. The customer app does not track your location.
- Device/usage data — basic diagnostics to keep the app working.
How we use it
- To provide, schedule and confirm car-wash services.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you service updates and notifications.
- To improve and secure the service.
How it's stored and shared
- Data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Storage) and protected by access rules.
- We share payment data only with Razorpay to process payments.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing sandeepniftian2002@gmail.com.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app.
- Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal/accounting purposes.
Children
SparkClean is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
